What day of the week is the wedding?
The wedding will take place on a Saturday.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue. Plaza Rive-Sud.
What time will the reception end?
The reception will conclude at 2:00 AM. Final call at 1:30am.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, it will be moved indoors at the same venue. We will also have a private terrasse just for our guests during reception.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Yes! Feel free to take photos and videos throughout the ceremony and celebration. We love seeing the day through your eyes.
There will also be a shared photo gallery available via an app, which we’ll provide on the wedding day, where you can upload and view photos.
Can I post photos on social media?
Yes, absolutely! We’d love for you to share and celebrate with us online. Feel free to post your photos and videos — and don’t forget to use our wedding hashtag #brandonandvicksayido so we can see and relive all the special moments 🤍

Is there parking available?
Yes! Complimentary parking will be available on-site for all guests.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by May 1st so we can finalize seating and catering details.
Can I RSVP online?
Yes! We kindly ask that you RSVP directly through our wedding website or by mailing back your RSVP card to the address on the card. It’s quick and easy, and helps us keep everything organized.🤍
What if I miss the RSVP deadline?
If you miss the RSVP deadline, don’t worry — we’ll be following up with anyone we haven’t heard from. That said, we kindly ask that you RSVP by the deadline if possible so we can finalize seating and catering arrangements.
Can I change my RSVP after submitting?
If your plans change after you’ve RSVP’d, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our records.
Who do I contact with RSVP questions?

Do I need to RSVP for events other than the wedding day?
If there are any additional events before or after the wedding, details will be shared directly with invited guests.
What time should I arrive?
Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 4:00 PM, the guests will be escorted to the ceremony area around 5pm; once the ceremony area is ready and the last wedding ceremony concludes.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We’re happy to share that there will be an open bar available for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. There will also be champagne for the toast as well as unlimited red and white wine all night.
Will non-alcoholic drinks be available?
Yes! A variety of non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the evening.
Will there be dessert?
Yes! There will be a dessert table and a salty table available for guests to enjoy after dinner. While we won’t be having a traditional wedding cake, there will be plenty of sweet and savory treats to go around.
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Absolutely. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP — there’s a space on the invitation to share this information so we can ensure everyone is well taken care of.
Are there vegetarian / vegan options?
Yes. The vegetarian/vegan option of the evening will be Cauliflower Steak – Roasted cauliflower, wild rice, lentils, roasted red pepper hummus and tomato salsa.
Are there stairs or uneven terrain?
There are some steps and a short walk to the ceremony space outdoors. Anyone needing assistance with getting to the ceremony space can be escorted via golf-cart.
Will there be dancing?
Absolutely — and we fully expect the dance floor to be busy. Bring your dancing shoes and come ready to celebrate with us!
Can I request songs?
Yes! You’re welcome to submit song requests directly on your invitation. Our DJ will also be taking requests throughout the evening, so feel free to make them on the day as well.
Will there be speeches?
Yes, there will be wedding speeches. If you’re interested in giving one, please let us know ahead of time and we’ll see if we can fit it into the evening program.
Are children invited?
While we love your little ones, our celebration will be an adults-only event. We kindly ask that no children under the age of 12 attend. Thank you so much for understanding.
Is there a timeline for the evening?
Yes. Printed programs will be available on the day of the wedding and will outline the flow of the ceremony and evening.
Is a gift required?
Your presence truly means the world to us, and gifts are not expected.
Are cash gifts acceptable?
If you wish to give a gift, cash gifts are accepted with gratitude.
Do you have a gift registry or honeymoon fund?
We do not have a gift registry or honeymoon fund.
Is there assigned seating?
There will be assigned seating for the reception dinner to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated.
The ceremony will be open seating, with the first two rows reserved for immediate family.
What is the Wedding day Timeline?
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM, followed by cocktail hour at 6:00 PM, and dinner at 7:30 PM.
Please note that this timeline is tentative and may be adjusted slightly.
Is there a rehearsal dinner guests can attend?
There will be a rehearsal dinner reserved for the wedding party only. If you are part of the wedding party, additional details will be shared with you directly.
Are fireworks, sparklers, or confetti allowed?
Out of respect for our venue and for safety reasons, fireworks, sparklers, and confetti are not permitted. Thank you so much for understanding! 🤍
